An experienced customer service professional, Jeff has been in the Vocational Training Industry with Apprenticeship Support Australia for 8 years. Previously based in Sydney, he has been based in Newcastle for over 2 years managing a team of consultants spread from the Central Coast to the QLD border. Jeff has seen firsthand the difficulty employers have in recruiting and retaining staff and knows how important Apprentices and Trainees are to counter a growing skills shortage in our communities.
